If I Become A Christian, Do I Need To Attend Church?
No.
Attending church is not a requirement. If you believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and have repended your sins, you saved.
However, one of the results of becoming a Christian is the desire to be with and learn from other Christians. The best way to do this is in a Christ-centered, Bible-based church. So a side-effect of becoming a Christian is usually the desire to attend a church.
Attending a church does not necessarily mean mean a main-stream church with steeple and rows of pews. Church could be a gathering of Christians in someone's home. Church is anyplace Christians come together to worship and praise God, and learn from His word.
