Here are some good and bad things that will result from the film The Passion of Christ.
+ A GOOD RESULT: Hollywood will notice the huge amount of money Mel Gibson earns from the film, and make other Christian themed films.
- A BAD RESULT: Hollywood will notice the huge amount of money Mel Gibson earns from the film, and make other Christian themed films.
GOOD RESULTS:
+ Non-Christians will see the movie and ask, "Why did this happen?" Someone will share the Gospel with them and they will learn the answer.
+ Those who enjoy Freedie Kruger movies will go to The Passion of Christ looking for blood, and end up being saved by the blood.
+ Jews, interested in seeing a film about Jews who speak Hebrew will be moved to find out more about their (our) Messiah.
+ Christians will see the love of God.
+ Christians will see the love of God and be motivated to be more obedient to God.
+ This film will be easy to spread throughout the world because only the subtitles need to be translated into other languages.
+ Muslims will see this film and see that Jesus gave them more than Mohammed wanted to give them and more than he (or the Quarn) could possibly give. Mohammed took pleasure for himself, even stealing another's wife. Jesus gave all he had for us, paying the debts for our sin, so that we might be saved to have eternal life.
