What Is The Answer?
The problem is: Americans are not obeying God. Not only are we not obeying God, we are each creating new gods in our image. I say gods (plural) because apparently everyone has "the right" to create their own god. A god who conforms to the way they want things to be. Instead of us obeying god, we are creating gods who obey our desires and then basing our moral standards on the gods we have created. And "Christians" are at the forefront of doing this!
The solution is: in three parts:
1) Pray. Pray for God's will to be done in your life, your community and this country.
2) Read and study God's word.
3) Believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior. If Jesus is your Lord, you will desire what He desires. Do not let yourself be conformed to this world and deceived by Satan, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind in Jesus Christ.
Be crucified with Christ.
"I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in this body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me." - Galatians 2:20
